Hybrid Meeting Services
Secure hybrid meeting services in New York City
Two rooms, one meeting, and nothing in between. We build matching rooms at each site and link them with our own encrypted connection, so confidential meetings never pass through a third-party platform. We also produce Zoom and Microsoft Teams meetings, secure remote attendees' laptops and provide live translation.
In every room
Two cameras
A PTZ camera on the table follows the speaker. A table camera under the displays captures the attendees.
Two microphones
A gooseneck mic at the podium for the presenter and a boundary mic at the center of the table.
Presenter podium
The front faces the table, and the laptop faces the speaker in presenter view.
Two rear displays
One shows the far site, the other shows the presentation, both visible from every seat.
Conference PC and audio processing
Mixes the microphones, cancels echo and switches cameras automatically to whoever is speaking.
Encoder and on-site keys
Audio, video and slides are encrypted before they leave the room and decrypted only at the far site.
How the two sites connect
Encrypted at the source
Each room's encoder encrypts the meeting with AES-256 before it touches the internet.
Keys stay on site
Encryption keys are created and held in the two rooms, never by a cloud provider.
No third-party platform
A private, point-to-point tunnel links the sites. No Zoom or Teams servers are in the path.
Questions
Frequently asked questions
How is this different from a normal Zoom or Teams meeting?
In a private site-to-site meeting, audio, video and slides are encrypted in each room and travel over a point-to-point tunnel between the two sites. No outside platform carries or stores the meeting. When a Zoom or Microsoft Teams meeting suits you better, we produce that instead.
Who holds the encryption keys?
The keys are created and kept in the two rooms. They are never handed to a cloud provider.
Can people join from outside the two sites?
Yes. Remote attendees join from their own laptops using software we provide. It scans the computer for malware, confirms the connection is encrypted and checks that it is fast and stable enough for the meeting.
What happens if the internet connection drops?
Every critical path has a backup: bonded wired, cellular and satellite internet, spare equipment on site and a pre-tested backup platform and dial-in bridge, so the meeting keeps going.
Can you add live translation?
Yes. Interpretation can run in both rooms, for remote attendees and on public or private streams.
